After working with groups for several years, we thought it would be nice to propose a package   that could satisfy the general desires and wishes people who organize groups generally require in our farm-house.

There are several open spaces around the villa groups are welcomed to use.

In the retreatsroom, with heating for the winter,there are:
Good quality stereo system
thick or thin mattresses
various sizes pillows andcushions.
various sizes blackboards  
chairs for all participants
a TV and VCR   
a piano

During summer time there are also two smaller rooms available:
a small room in front of the swimming pool,  ca 35mq
a small church, part of the old villa, great for choirs because the acoustic is great, ca 40mq

And what's more...
Within an hour’s drive at the most, you can reach leading cities of art and culture: like Perugia, Spoleto, Assisi, Gubbio, Spello, Arezzo, Cortona or Siena...And if you want to spend the evening at Villa Stampa, you can relax with a book or enjoy good conversation – around the fireside with a cosy fire burning.
